Progress update: Carol Day

carol_origWe want to say a big well done to Carol after completing her first 8 weeks of personal training with us.

After getting married Carol gradually put on weight until the doctors highlighted it was seriously affecting her health. Carol didn’t feel confident in a gym and came to us.

8 weeks since starting Carol’s weight loss is 8lb’s! and her cholesterol is now in the healthy range. We think she’s done even better in her pictures too!

Carol has followed a weight training program 3 days a week so she could build strength and work at her own pace in the gym while we’ve helped her make changes to her diet at home. Seeing the difference Carol is really eager to do more. We’re going to work on her fitness in her next stage and burn even more stomach fat.
