Weight loss tip, eat McDonalds this weekend! (read on!)

Now we’ve got your attention, if you want to lose weight and find yourself tight for time, don’t rule out eating out. 

Health and fitness is massive atm. Fast food places would be idiots not to cash in. 

We’ve all heard the headline a McDonalds salad has more calories than a burger. In some instances that is true but check the label as you could be missing out on some of the better choices too. 

Here’s a calorie comparison on a Big Mac vs A Hot Hot Peri Grilled Chicken Wrap.

Fat: 25g
Protein: 26g
Carbs: 43

Hot Hot Peri Grilled Chicken Wrap
Calories: 353
Fat: 9.5g
Protein: 27g
Carbs: 38g

​As you can see the wrap only weighs in at 353kcal. Even for the worst metabolism that isn’t a lot of calories. Girls you shouldn’t be eating below 1500kcal to lose weight and lads you get to eat even more and still shed pounds. 

Note the buzzword too, Grilled! That means no added fat and batter or hidden calories. Something to remember when you’re ordering food off a menu. 

It’s not something to do everyday but it’s an easy way to stick to your diet whilst in a rush. Learning to make better choices in everyday situations is key to weight loss.
