Recipe: Pina Colada

“This delicious smoothie is perfect for drinking after a hard workout this summer! Protein shakes can be vital in helping with recovery, and it’s better when they taste as good as this!”

  • 22g Protein
  • 6g Fat



  • 1 slice fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped roughly
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)


  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
