Recipe: Sweet Potato Fries

“Sometimes you just fancy some chips right? Why not try these sweet potato fries? They’re easy to make and go with lots of different meals!”

Nutritional Information (per serving)

  • 161 calories
  • 21g carbs
  • 1.2g protein
  • 8.5g fat


  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • Spices of choice such as garlic, sea salt, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, etc…
  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes


  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Mix olive oil and spices together in a small bowl
  • Slice sweet potatoes to desired size and place on baking sheet
  • Pour the oil/seasoning mix over the fries and toss by hand until coated
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly browned and tender
  • Serve with homemade ketchup or mayo!
