How the Kick Start works.
We provide you with all tools, motivation and support you need to achieve your goals.
The 4 week Kick Start includes:
1. Unlimited training with an expert trainer!
You will get unlimited access to all of our Training Camp sessions for the full 4 weeks where our trainers will show you exactly what to do to get the most out of your time at the gym.
2. Two Foundation Personal Training sessions.
Learn how we train at Next Level Fitness and fix any weak area’s early on so you can get off to a smooth start.
3. Nutrition advice and our Recipe eBook.
We will explain how food works and how to tailor your own diet so you can still enjoy the foods you love and lose weight.
4. Social support.
You won’t be doing this alone! All our members are amazing and they’re here for the same reason as you.
5. Full support from all our trainers.
Our trainers have over 19 years of combined experience. They will be available to help you in the gym and online in our FB group.
6. All your training from our private gym.
We are NOT a commercial gym. There are no clicks or ego’s.

When are the sessions?
You can book onto sessions via our member app which you download from the app store or google play store.
