This week we got asked if it’s hard to lose weight as you get older. It’s funny how we can ask ourselves this at 30 as much as 50.
After 40 there is more of an emphasis toward weight training to maintain muscle, offset hormonal changes and prevent injurues and you cant wing your recovery time sa much but our bodies still work the same.
