The truth about losing weight as we get older – wisdomwednesday

This week we got asked if it’s hard to lose weight as you get older. It’s funny how we can ask ourselves this at 30 as much as 50.

After 40 there is more of an emphasis toward weight training to maintain muscle, offset hormonal changes and prevent injurues and you cant wing your recovery time sa much but our bodies still work the same.

Age shouldn’t be the thing that stops us seeing a result! If you feel old at 30, watch the video!
