WHAT IS IT?

Our ///GROUPX program provides access to high quality personal trainers at a fraction of the cost by working out in a group setting.

Sessions are fun and motivational but keep a results focussed undertone whether you’re training for health or to change your shape.

///GROUPX is made up of 2 parts – LIIFT and HIIT.


LIIFT is a free weights based class designed to build strength, burn fat and tone up. Perfect for those who want to learn how to get the most out of weight based training and change their body shape.


HIIT is short burst of high intensity fitness. The workouts are short, typically 30 minutes and effective. Great to improve your CV fitness, health and burn calories.


Supplement your existing regime by joining us for a class or sign up for 2 or more to let us take care of your full fitness program.

All packages include access to our facebook community where you can ask questions and share ideas.

Monday 6.15pm to 7pm – LIIFT
Tuesday 6.30pm to 7pm – HIIT
Wednesday 6.30pm to 7:15pm – LIIFT
Friday 6.30pm to 7pm – HIIT
