Personal Training Policy

Booking Sessions

All sessions are booked through the main reception desk in the gym with our trainers. We aim to arrange regular training times each week to help with building a routine but we do understand some people work shifts. If you are unable to make the same time each week we can book your sessions week to week.

Moving Sessions & Late Cancellation

While you will likely stick to your arranged sessions most weeks, we understand you may need to re-arrange training from time to time.

We're happy to move any sessions subject to a minimum 24 hour cancelation policy.

Less than 24 hours notice and your session will be lost as  it does not allow us time to offer the time slot to other members.

Holidays

During the course of your training you will likely want to go away for a week or two. Don't worry, you won't lose any sessions.

If you miss a week or more we will 'bank' any missed sessions and you will be able to book them in for extra training.

The most popular way to do this is to book extra an extra training day on the week before and after you go away to help you get back into the swing of training.
